David W. Brouwer, M.D., F.A.C.P., in partnership with Newport Beach Medical Associates, Inc., welcomes you to join his concierge medical practice where your health and medical concerns are of the highest priority. You are invited to take part in a unique healthcare experience where you will receive high quality, personalized, internal medicine care with direct access to the physician and timely appointments.

Personalized Patient Care

The enrollment of patients is limited to allow for the customized delivery of services. A participation fee is applied annually. Dr. Brouwer personally reviews all of your records and continually updates the treatment plan.

Convenient Location

Our office is conveniently located in the Newport Lido Medical Center building across the street from Hoag Hospital, where Dr. Brouwer is on the active medical staff. Parking fees are validated by our office.

Complete Medical Analysis

Dr. Brouwer will personally manage all aspects of your healthcare with special attention to disease prevention, education, and treatment. We utilize NextGen electronic medical records and coordinate with Hoag Hospital to maintain a comprehensive database of an individual’s medical records.
